Braden Marianchuk advises small, medium and large businesses on a range of legal matters including incorporation, due diligence, corporate transactions, agreements for the purchase and sale of businesses, and agreements for the purchase and sale of goods and services. Braden also advises clients on construction law matters including the procurement process and the preparation of construction contracts.
Prior to joining MLT as an articling student, Braden worked as a summer student at a large oil & gas trust in Calgary.
