Bradford Barron is an associate in the Life Insurance & Annuities Practice Group. Brad has significant litigation experience representing life insurers as well as broker general agents in all matters of life insurance disputes nationwide, including liquidations and receiverships. Brad also represents policyholders of insurers in liquidation and, in some instances, the liquidators themselves. In addition, Brad advises insurers, policyholders and insurance service firms on regulatory, coverage and claims matters. He provides risk management advice for international companies, including the creation and negotiation of bespoke insurance products in the domestic and international insurance markets.
Brad has appeared and argued before state, federal and appellate courts. Prior to joining the firm, Brad was an associate in a local reinsurance boutique concentrating his practice in the run-off market.
In General. Brad is a volunteer assistant coach for the Villanova men's water polo team, a team that he played for while attending Villanova School of Law.
