He handles labor negotiations and advises clients in all facets of the labor-management collective bargaining relationship, including advice on interpretation and administration of labor agreements, representation in the enforcement of rights and defense of claims arising out of the collective bargaining relationship, and in response to strikes, picketing or other forms of labor disruption when they occur. Brad also advises clients on the labor law and labor relations aspects of corporate transactions.
