Brad Case is a Partner in the Litigation Department. Brad has extensive experience in the defense of medical malpractice and hospital negligence claims in state and federal courts. He represents physicians and other health care providers before licensure boards and professional organizations. He also assists individual and corporate clients in litigation of business and contract disputes. His experience includes representation of condominium and homeowners associations.
