Brad is an associate in the Real Estate Finance Practice Group at Troutman Sanders LLP. A native of northern Virginia, Brad graduated from the University of Virginia with a degree in Economics and Government and a minor in Urban and Environmental Planning. After working with Wake County's (N.C.) Habitat for Humanity as an Americorps member / House Leader, Brad attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he graduated with his law degree and a master's degree in City and Regional Planning with a focus on real estate development and historic preservation and design. His time in Chapel Hill included coursework at Kenan-Flagler Business School and work experience with a regional commercial real estate developer, a planning, land use and real estate consulting firm and the North Carolina Office of the Commissioner of Banks. In addition to his work experience at Troutman Sanders, Brad uses the sum of these educational and work experiences to assist his lender clients develop practical paths to reach their business and risk-management goals.
