Bradley J. Freedman is a partner at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP in Vancouver, British Columbia, and the Vancouver office Technology Law Practice Leader.
Bradley obtained a LLB degree from the University of British Columbia in 1986 and a LLM degree from the University of California, Berkeley, in 1990. He is a member and former director of the Information Technology Law Association of Canada (IT.Can), and a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the International Technology Law Association.

· Bradley's practice focuses on technology, intellectual property, the Internet, electronic commerce, and related matters. He advises clients in negotiating, structuring and documenting transactions and business arrangements, and acts as counsel in litigation, arbitration and mediation.

· Has been an Adjunct Professor of Law and lecturer at the University of British Columbia Law School, and is currently an Associate Instructor at the University of British Columbia Department of Continuing Studies - Internet Law.
· Is a frequent author and speaker.
