Brad practices in the Health Care Department in the firm's Wilmington, Delaware, and Tampa, Florida, offices. He has handled a variety of litigation matters in the areas of medical malpractice, product liability, premises liability, motor vehicle liability and general liability.
Brad is board certified in civil trial advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, an American Bar Association accredited organization. He is also board certified in civil trial law by the Florida Bar, and certified by the Supreme Court of Florida as a circuit court mediator.
Brad is admitted to the bars of the state of Florida and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the American Bar Association, including its Health Law Section; Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section; Section of Litigation; and Section of Intellectual Property Law. He is also member of the Florida Bar Association Trial Lawyers and Health Law sections and a past Computer Law Committee member. Additionally, Brad is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, Defense Research Institute and Florida Defense Lawyers Association.
Brad is a graduate of the University of South Florida, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in December 1984. He earned his juris doctor from Loyola University School of Law in May 1988.
