Bradley J. Levang

Mr. Levang's practice emphasizes intellectual property and commercial transaction and litigation matters concerning patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade dress, trade secrets, Internet domain names, and business torts (e.g., breach of contract, misrepresentation, fraud). Mr. Levang also counsels clients on intellectual property rights and general corporate matters. Mr. Levang has prior legal experience in litigation and transactional matters in both California and Colorado. He has previously represented clients in a wide array of litigation issues concerning business torts, real estate, construction defects, and intellectual property. He has also obtained state and Federal trademarks on behalf of clients and advised clients regarding trademark disputes. Mr. Levang has counseled clients on intellectual property and business transactional matters involving issues related to patents, trademarks, copyrights, entity formation, corporate compliance, and confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements. While a student at Santa Clara University School of Law, Mr. Levang served as an Articles Editor for the Santa Clara Computer and High Technology Law Journal, a biannual publication concerning recent developments in intellectual property law, and as a board member for the student Intellectual Property Association.
