Brad is an associate in the firm's Telecommunications & Technology Practice Group and focuses his practice on representing telecommunications carriers, utilities, and other clients in a variety of litigation, regulatory, and transactional matters.
Brad has extensive experience in business litigation and has represented clients in disputes involving contracts, warranties, trade secrets, restrictive covenants, fraud, RICO, breaches of fiduciary duty, and other business torts. Brad also has experience representing clients in other types of litigation including products liability, personal injury, wills and estates, and immigration.
Brad has been involved in cases in state and federal courts throughout the nation and has also participated in proceedings before various administrative agencies. He has experience in all stages of litigation and as lead counsel has tried several bench trials and administrative hearings to successful verdicts.
