Brad Sayler is a member of Sutherland's Corporate Practice Group.
Prior to attending law school, Brad worked as a Certified Public Accountant auditing internal controls for publicly traded corporations. He focused on compliance with Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
Before joining Sutherland as an associate, Brad participated in the firm's Summer Associate Program in 2008. He also gained experience in real estate matters as a summer associate with another firm.
Representative Experience
Brad's recent representative experience includes:
· Representing Full Circle Capital Corporation in connection with an $18 million initial public offering.
· Representing Spectrum Brands, Inc. in connection with a $763 million merger with Russell Hobbs Inc.
· Assisting in the $850 million merger of Allied Capital Corporation with Ares Capital Corporation.
· Providing guidance to a number of publicly traded companies in connection with ongoing corporate governance and SEC reporting and compliance matters.
