Brandon Barnes is a senior associate in the Litigation Group and the Banking & Financial Services Group of Davis LLP's Toronto office.
Brandon's practice focuses on securities and banking litigation, with an emphasis on non-traditional capital structures. His clients include foreign financial institutions, private investors, emerging market issuers, and other corporate entities.
