Firm founder Alan Jay Braverman is Board Certified in Marital and Family Law and concentrates his practice on divorce-related issues, including custody and visitation, child support and alimony, and domestic violence. Licensed to practice in Florida and New Jersey, Mr. Braverman has been an active member of The Florida Bar since 1973. He is admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the United States District Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and is registered with the Martindale-Hubbell Bar Registry. Only those attorneys that have achieved the prestigious highest rating as a lawyer are included in the registry. Mr. Braverman has served on numerous Florida Bar committees and is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator. In 2006 and 2007, Mr. Braverman was named as a "Top Lawyer in Florida" and was listed as one of "Florida's Super Lawyers."
