Bray & Long, PLLC was founded on April 1, 2003 with the express purpose to provide sophisticated legal services to small and mid-size corporate clients who seek an alternative to the "big firm experience," but who likewise demand creative, client-tailored solutions.
Since our founding, we have quickly grown into a multi-attorney law firm capable of representing clients in all types of sophisticated corporate transactions and complex business litigation. Our primary focus is the broad-based representation of small to mid-size companies in the context of general corporate transactions and business litigation. From a litigation perspective, our attorneys handle complex disputes on an annual basis, ranging in diversity from business break-ups to non-compete disputes and trade secret infringement.

In circumstances (such as where patents are involved) where an outside area of expertise is required on behalf of a client, we maintain a network of trusted professionals to whom the client's specific matter can be referred. In this instance, our attorneys typically maintain oversight of the particular issue on behalf of the client.
