Breanne Fors is a member of the firm's commercial litigation group where she assists clients in litigating contract disputes, non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, trade secrets, eminent domain and defamation cases. She also has experience working with direct marketing companies and distributor issues. Ms. Fors earned her J.D., Order of the Coif, from Brigham Young University's J. Reuben Clark Law School in 2005, where she was Lead Note and Comment Editor of the BYU Law Review. Before joining Parr Brown, she clerked for Justice Jill Parrish of the Utah Supreme Court. Ms. Fors also holds a B.A. degree in English Teaching, summa cum laude, from Brigham Young University. Ms. Fors is licensed to practice in the states of Utah and California. Ms. Fors was recognized in the 2012 edition of Utah Business magazine's Utah's Legal Elite in the business litigation.
