Bree F. Archambault joined the firm in 2007 as an associate in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group. Bree represents both public and private companies in a variety of matters, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, emerging company financings, corporate governance, public company reporting obligations and general corporate matters.
Representative Matters:
· Represents a publicly traded lifestyle merchandising retailer with respect to ongoing SEC reporting obligations and strategic and general corporate matters.
· Represented a privately held technology company in an equity financing, as well as general corporate matters.
· Represented a publicly traded retail company in connection with the contested election of its board of directors, including the related SEC reporting obligations, and strategic and general corporate matters.
· Represented a large cable provider in the strategic acquisition of a web-based company.
In General. Bree earned her bachelor's degree in astronomy and astrophysics from Harvard College, and her J.D. from Boston College Law School in 2007.
