Brendan P. Ruddy practices in the areas of white-collar criminal defense, internal corporate investigations, regulatory compliance and complex litigation. Mr. Ruddy has represented corporations and individuals in state and federal courts in complex commercial litigation and intellectual property disputes.

Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Ruddy served as judicial clerk to the Hon. Lynn Leibovitz of the District of Columbia Superior Court.

Mr. Ruddy is a 2010 cum laude graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center and a 2006 cum laude graduate of Boston College. During law school, Mr. Ruddy was a member of moot court and awarded individual honors at the Vis International Arbitration competition in Hong Kong.
