| Biography | Brent A. Singer was born in Denver, Colorado. He earned a B.A. with distinction, an M.A., and a Ph.D from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Prior to entering law school, he was an assistant professor of philosophy at the University of Maine. Brent is a graduate of Harvard Law School, cum laude, where he was a member of Harvard's 1991 Ames Moot Court championship team. He served as Law Clerk to Justice George E. Lohr of the Colorado Supreme Court before joining Rudman Winchell. Brent Singers practice areas include Business & Corporate Law, Contracts, Employment and Labor Law, and Hospitality Law.
