| Biography | Brent Stevenson has extensive experience in the areas of general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, finance, and real estate as well as international expertise in joint ventures, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Stevenson was formerly the President of Huntsman Holdings Corporation, and Vice Chairman of the Board of Huntsman Corporation, Huntsman Chemical Corporation, Huntsman Packaging Corporation, and Huntsman Specialty Chemical Corporation. Mr. Stevenson was named one of the top corporate/mergers and acquisitions lawyers in Utah in the 2005-2011 editions of Chambers USA - America's Leading Business Lawyers.
