Brent Robinson's practice focus is corporate, commercial and securities law. Brent has assisted various private and public companies on a broad range of matters, including equity financings (including initial public offerings, short-form prospectus offerings and private placements), stock exchange listings, regulatory compliance matters (including continuous disclosure and corporate governance matters), mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, reorganizations, and general corporate and commercial matters.
Prior to joining MLT, Brent practised with a national law firm in Calgary, Alberta and was in-house corporate counsel for the public and private arms of a major North American transportation company.
