Brett A. Reynolds

Brett practices law in several areas, including creditor bankruptcy, real estate and immigration. In the area of immigration, he counsels employers and employees in petitions and visa applications for B, E, H-1B, H-3, L-1, Blanket L, TN and other non-immigrant visas for petitioners, applicants and their dependents.
Brett also handles foreclosures, bankruptcies and workouts of individual and commercial debtors on behalf of financial institutions and other creditors and represents lenders and borrowers in the negotiation and documentation of commercial loan transactions secured by real and personal property and in foreclosures upon collateral.
Brett also advises health care providers and employers on the application of the Health Insurance Portability and Privacy Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”) and of laws regarding federal Medicare fraud and abuse, Stark Law and federal anti-kickback statute and other regulatory issues.
