Professional Experience:
Mr. Gorman focuses his practice on representing public school boards of education in all areas affecting their operations, including special education and labor and employment. Mr. Gorman also has experience in Civil Litigation and Municipal Law.
Prior to joining Parker McCay, Mr. Gorman was an associate at Jacobs and Barbone P.A. He served as the Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Frederick J. Schuck, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil Division. While in law school, Mr. Gorman was awarded the Henry J. Raimondo Fellowship by the Eagleton Institute of Politics and completed his fellowship at the New Jersey Assembly Majority Office. Mr. Gorman was a member of the Rutgers Law School Trial Team that finished tenth in the country at the American Association for Justice's National Competition. Mr. Gorman previously worked at Parker McCay as a Law Clerk.

Mr. Gorman was born in Cape May, NJ and currently resides in Cherry Hill, NJ. Mr. Gorman enjoys playing tennis and golf. He is an avid reader of history and fan of the New York Yankees.
