Brett Kaplan is a senior associate at Klein Glasser Park Lowe & Pelstring, P.L., to which he is principally involved in the general-liability defense arena. Mr. Kaplan focuses his practice within general casualty in the following areas:

Prior to embarking on his legal career, Mr. Kaplan was a four year varsity letterman on the University of North Carolina's baseball team, eventually being selected in the forty third round of the Major League Baseball draft.
