Brian D. Casey

Mr. Casey focuses his practice on litigation. He has tried cases to verdict in a wide variety of matters, including the defense of personal injury and first and third party property damage claims, as well as prosecution of subrogation claims. His trial experience includes cases to verdict in state and federal court, throughout Upstate New York and New York City. Mr. Casey previously served as a prosecutor with the Schenectady County District Attorney's Office, where he tried major felony cases to verdict.
