Professional Experience
Brian D. O'Reilly practices patent litigation with an emphasis on pharmaceutical cases. Brian graduated law school in 2002, and started his career as a patent prosecutor. From 2004 to 2005, Brian worked as a clerk for the Honorable Kent A. Jordan, in the District of Delaware. While working as a clerk, he assisted Judge Jordan with numerous patent cases. After clerking, Brian spent two years as an associate at the law firm of Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP working on complex litigations.
Brian has also lived in China and is conversational in Mandarin Chinese.
