Brian Sherman is a partner in the Calgary office of Norton Rose Canada. He practises in the area of commercial real estate. He has expertise in all aspects of commercial real estate law, including office and retail leasing, purchase and sale transactions, development and project co-ownerships, municipal planning and subdivision, mortgage and other land and project financing, and construction law.
He has acted as counsel on many significant commercial purchase and sale, lease and financing transactions and development projects in Calgary and elsewhere in Alberta.
