Admitted to the Florida Bar in 2007, Brian currently practices in the areas of Eminent Domain and Litigation, representing both property owners and select condemning authorities in eminent domain and inverse condemnation actions.
Background
A native Floridian, Brian was born in Gainesville, Florida. He graduated from Episcopal High School in Jacksonville, Florida in 1998. Brian earned his undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Florida in 2002, and went on to graduate cum laude from Stetson University College of Law in 2007. While in law school, Brian was the Notes and Comments Editor for the Stetson Law Review. He also served as President of the Federalist Society.
