Brian has a general solicitor's practice which focuses on commercial law, real property law, and corporate law. He has experience working with independent business clients and commercial lenders in areas relating to commercial financings, real estate developments and joint ventures, franchises, incorporations, corporate reorganizations, shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, shareholder disputes and purchases and sales of businesses. Brian also carries on a wills and estates practice which focuses on the drafting of estate documents and acting on behalf of executors in applications for probate.
