Upon being admitted to practice in California in 1986, Brian H. Krikorian was associated with the AV-rated firm of Nemecek & Cole, located in Los Angeles, California. Mr. Krikorian was made a partner of the firm in January 1993. Mr. Krikorian was admitted to practice in the State of Washington in 1998. In 1998, Mr. Krikorian left Nemecek & Cole to form Krikorian & Krikorian in Seattle, Washington.
During his career, Mr. Krikorian has been involved in a wide variety of complex commercial and business litigation issues in the areas of:
Commercial creditor and debtor disputes
Contract and business tort litigation
Legal malpractice and legal ethics
Employment and wrongful discharge prosecution and defense
Real estate transactions and disputes
Corporate and partnership disputes and transaction litigation

Mr. Krikorian practices in state and federal, trial and appellate courts. Mr. Krikorian has experienced a consistent record of success in all aspects of litigation from pre-complaint settlement negotiations to post-trial appellate work. Mr. Krikorian has significant trial experience including solo jury trials, and large commercial arbitration matters.
Mr. Krikorian is formerly a part-time faculty at Edmonds Community College, teaching in its paralegal certification program.
