| Additional Bio Details | Mr. Augustine's practice is focused on litigation, including transportation, construction, retail, commercial disputes, products liability, and insurance. He also has significant experience representing financial institutions and other businesses in a variety of commercial litigation matters, including creditors' and debtors' rights, contract disputes, foreclosure and receivership.
Mr. Augustine has developed and executed defense strategy in complex litigation matters for diverse clients including multinational corporations. He has wide-ranging experience including pretrial conferences, mediations, trial preparation, and extensive experience in State and Federal Courts. He is also a member of the Roetzel Emergency Response team, providing immediate response capabilities for a variety of transportation and industrial clients.
Mr. Augustine began the practice of law in Chicago, Illinois, litigating cases throughout the entire State but primarily in Cook County.
