Brian Kapatkin is an associate with Foley & Lardner LLP and a member of the Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice.
Mr. Kapatkin's practice includes a variety of complex civil litigation matters, including environmental disputes arising from the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA) and insurance litigations and arbitrations.
During law school, Mr. Kapatkin worked as a law clerk for a civil litigation boutique and as a legal intern for District Court Judge Elizabeth Kovachevich of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
Mr. Kapatkin earned his law degree from the Emory University School of Law (J.D., 2007), where he was a member of the Moot Court Society. He earned his undergraduate degree in political economy and classics from Georgetown University (B.A., 2004).
