Brian's practice focuses on litigation, with an emphasis on family law and criminal law.

Brian acts as both plaintiff counsel and defence counsel. His defence work includes claims against police officers and sport organizations. He has also represented police officers in disciplinary proceedings, and sport organizations in administrative matters.
