Brian joined Marshall Dennehey in 2010 as an associate in the firm's Health Care Liability Practice Group. He focuses on the defense of medical and dental malpractice, construction litigation, architectural/engineering and other professional liability matters, as well as premises, motor vehicle and products liability, and commercial litigation.
Brian received his juris doctor from Villanova University School of Law in 2008. He graduated from Franklin & Marshall College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in history in 2003.
Upon graduation from law school, Brian joined a boutique insurance defense litigation firm in Princeton, New Jersey, where he concentrated in product liability and the defense of contractors. He then joined Powell, Trachtman in 2009 as an associate in the A/E litigation department, where he specialized in representing design professionals.
Brian is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey state courts, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
