Brian Perry is a Partner in the Litigation Department. Brian practices in the area of Ohio workers' compensation, representing employers in matters before the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation, the Industrial Commission of Ohio, and Ohio courts. This representation includes administrative hearings and Common Pleas court appeals. In addition, Brian represents employers in appellate actions before Ohio Courts of Appeals and the Ohio Supreme Court. He also advises employers on workers' compensation rating issues.
