Brian Rowland, P.A., practices law in areas of business, real estate and intellectual property (trademark, copyright, media, etc.), together with certain litigation and personal matters. We serve local clients in Florida and Georgia, as well as out of state and international clients doing business in those states. Our goal is to provide competent and accessible legal counsel from a Florida/Georgia licensed lawyer who has significant prior business experience. Your initial thirty minute client consultation fee is waived if the firm is retained. The firm's hourly rates are competitive with flat or capped rates available on some matters in order that you may more accurately budget costs for your business or personal legal services.
