Brian S. Coven has more than twenty-five years of experience in providing transactional counseling. His specialty is the structuring and negotiation of complex mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy-related transactions, business unit divestitures, project development transactions, debt restructurings and workouts, and banking transactions.
He represents domestic, foreign and multi-national clients in a wide range of industries, including co-generation and energy, banking, turbine manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and food products, gaming, plastics and medical engineering. In the banking area, he represents major regional and international banks in connection with all areas of financing transactions, including commercial loans, asset based financings, agented credits, loan participations and letter of credit and bankers acceptance transactions.
