Biography

Brian Sullivan is the Chair of the Insurance Litigation and Regulation Practice Group. He also serves on the Firm's Board of Directors and serves as the Firm's Loss Prevention Partner. Over the years, Brian has represented insurers, insureds, employers and businesses, both large and small. He has substantial trial and arbitration experience in a variety of matters from representation of insurance companies in bad faith cases to representing employers seeking to obtain insurance coverage for health plans to representing employers in discriminations cases to representing a regional bank in a substantial trademark case. He has also counseled clients and litigated on their behalf matters involving trade secret and non-competition.
