Brian Kniesly is a member of Fried Frank's tax group resident in the New York office. He joined the Firm in 2001 and became a partner in 2006. Mr. Kniesly specializes in representing domestic and international hedge funds and real estate funds in connection with fund formations and restructurings, investment transactions and tax compliance. He also represents real estate investors in acquisition, disposition and refinancing transactions, and has significant experience in tax issues relating to real estate investment trusts and partnerships.
