Brian is the Managing Partner of the firm's Peoria office. He is primarily responsible for qualified retirement plans and employee benefits, health law and corporations and tax-exempt organizations. He is a frequent presenter on employee benefits, tax-exempt issues and related topics at local seminars. As an officer in the United States Navy from October 1974 through October 1977, he served as a staff attorney in the Office of the General Counsel of the Department of Defense, for which he received the Department of Defense Commendation Medal, and as an administrative law attorney in the Office of the Judge Advocate General of the Navy, for which he received the Navy Achievement Medal.
