Brian W. Rush, an associate in the Orlando office, began his tenure with Wicker Smith in 2009 as a law clerk in the Fort Lauderdale office. In 2011, he joined the Orlando office and currently focuses his practice on matters involving medical malpractice, trucking litigation, and general liability.
A native of Florida, Brian earned a Bachelor of Arts in History cum laude from the University of Florida in 2008. He continued his studies at the University of Florida Levin College of Law and received his Juris Doctor in 2011. While in law school, he clerked at a local insurance defense firm, assisting in a wide variety of tort cases involving personal injury and wrongful death matters. He was also a member of the Dean's List and Trial Team, competing in several mock trial competitions.
He is a member of the Florida Bar and Orange County Bar Association.
