| Biography | Brian Whitwham is an associate in our Litigation Group in Toronto. He maintains a general civil, corporate/commercial and criminal litigation practice. Mr. Whitwham obtained his Bachelor of Journalism and Law (Honours) from Carleton University in 2003 and his J.D. from the University of Western Ontario in 2010. While attending law school, he sat as an executive on the school's advocacy committee as well as the labour law society. He also received the Dean Ivan C. Rand Award for contributions to the school's community. Mr. Whitwham was called to the Ontario Bar in 2011.
