Areas of Practice Brian Zeringer is a litigator with experience handling commercial, real estate and products liability litigation. Brian has successfully mediated, arbitrated, and tried bench and jury trials in federal and state courts in Washington and in the state courts of his home state of Louisiana. For the last fifteen years, Brian's practice has focused on toxic tort litigation, particularly asbestos personal injury cases. Brian represents several asbestos clients for whom he has successfully tried and mediated cases and won dismissals on summary judgment. He has often lectured in the field of asbestos and has served as defense bar member on the committee to re-write the case management order governing the asbestos litigation in King County, Washington.
