Briana practices in the firm's Torts, Insurance and Product Liability section. She is admitted to the Alabama State Bar and the Florida Bar. Briana is also admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Alabama and the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. She routinely defends health and disability insurers in cases involving recission of coverage, denials of claims, bad faith, and violations of state consumer protection statutes.
Briana was named an Alabama Super Lawyers "Rising Star" in 2012 in the area of Insurance Coverage. Briana received her B.A. in Economics from Cornell University in 1999 and graduated cum laude from the University of Miami, School of Law in 2002. During law school, Briana served as an Article and Comments Editor of the University of Miami, Inter-American Law Review.
