Brinson & Brinson, Attorneys at Law, P.A. was founded in 2008 by Edward Brinson and his son, Haynes E. Brinson, both Kissimmee natives.
Edward Brinson has 55 years legal experience in Osceola County, having served Kissimmee as a City Attorney and Small Claims Court judge, as well as, the lead attorney for the Kissimmee Utility Authority from its' inception. Edward Brinson founded the second oldest P.A. still practicing in Osceola County, Brinson, Smith and Smith, P.A. in 1953. Edward Brinson continues to serve in an "of Counsel" capacity at Brinson, Smith and Smith, P.A. while also functioning as the senior partner at his new firm, Brinson & Brinson, P.A.
Edward's son, Haynes Brinson comes to Brinson & Brinson, P.A. from Brian Michael Mark, P.A. of Kissimmee where he served as an associate for several years. Haynes brings young blood and fresh perspectives to this vibrant practice.
