Briskman & Binion, P.C. was formed January 1, 1988 by Donald M. Briskman and Mack B. Binion who previously were partners in larger area firms. The firm reflects the diverse litigation specialties of its members. Mr. Briskman concentrates his practice in the areas of criminal defense, family law, personal injury and wrongful death. Mr. Binion focuses on insurance, corporate, commercial and construction litigation. The firm encourages professional development and its members participate in continuing legal education seminars as faculty and guest lecturers.
