Brooke engages in a broad corporate practice that includes commercial aviation transactions, general corporate and healthcare matters. She has experience drafting and reviewing purchase and sale agreements, financing agreements, security agreements and business formation documents. She also counsels healthcare clients on various compliance matters involving Medicare, Medicaid, Stark and Anti-Kickback law, the False Claims Act, utilization management and PPACA.
