David A. Brooks is an experienced attorney in the areas of bankruptcy law, social security disability, criminal law, and family law. David A. Brooks was born and raised in Cass City, Michigan. He moved to Northwest Indiana in 1982. He graduated from Valparaiso University School of Law in 1985. Since 2007, David A. Brooks has been honored by his fellow attorneys by receiving a BV rating from Lexis Nexis for his professional accomplishments. David A. Brooks has filed hundreds of bankruptcies and over 20 years of legal experience.
As an active member of his community David A. Brooks has served as President of Kouts Town Council since 2002, and served a total of four terms on the Kouts Town Council. David A. Brooks also serves on the Economic Development Committee for the town of Kouts. He has been a representative on the Northwest Indiana Regional Planning Commission since 2004, where he serves on the Economic Development Committee. David A. Brooks serves as a volunteer for the Valparaiso Christian Ministerial Association Homeless Coalition Men's Overnight Shelter.
