Bruce's primary areas of practice are commercial, insurance coverage, products liability, transportation and personal injury litigation. An accomplished trial attorney, he tried his first jury trial in 1991 as a prosecuting intern during law school, and he has tried cases in both state and federal court continuously since that time. Bruce's trial experience includes products liability, premises liability, professional malpractice, personal injury, negligence, stock appraisal, breach of contract and trademark infringement cases. Bruce has tried lawsuits in seven states. He frequently represents clients on a national basis against individual and class action claims and has appeared in such cases in more than 20 states.

· Successfully defended at trial and on appeal a $30 million property damage case stemming from a manufacturing plant explosion
· Successfully defended at trial a doctor in a wrongful death action stemming from the doctor's alleged failure to use an experimental drug in the treatment of an infant
· Defense verdict in a fire case for a manufacturer of an allegedly ultra-hazardous product
· Successfully defended on appeal a summary judgment entered in favor of a chemical manufacturer based on a statute of repose
