Bruce E. Sands

Bruce E. Sands is a partner with Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A. His practice areas include both real estate law and immigration law. While his real estate practice involves both residential and commercial transactions, along with related issues concerning business, condominium and lender law, he focuses primarily on commercial real estate transactions such as commercial purchase and sale agreements and commercial leases. In addition, Bruce also handles employment-related immigration law matters assisting clients who are trying to obtain the appropriate visas for their employees (and the employee's family members).
