He has represented a range of industries in large bankruptcy and insolvency-related proceedings, and has also represented secured creditors, creditors' committees, landlords, and other parties. He has served as a trustee in both the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and the Eastern District of Virginia, and has represented trustees in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 proceedings. Mr. Goldstein has served on various bar committees, many of which relate to bankruptcy, reorganizations, and secured transactions.
