Bruce White has wide-ranging experience in all aspects of business reorganizations, bankruptcy, and creditors' rights. He has considerable experience in representing boards of directors as well as publicly traded, nonprofit, and private companies in business restructurings both in and out of court. Bruce represents secured and unsecured creditors, bond holders, indenture trustees, debtors, chapter trustees, and committees in bankruptcy cases throughout the country. He is also experienced in representing lenders providing debtor-in-possession financing through asset-based facilities and various other facilities. He has made numerous court appearances in many jurisdictions across the country.
